What we ask for

The invite list asks for your full name, email, role, and email permission. Company, phone, and your LinkedIn profile link are optional. We use these details to manage Fort Commercedale meetup invitations, understand who the community serves, get to know members through profiles they choose to share, and respond to questions.

Email and phone

If you choose email updates, we’ll send invitations and community news. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Providing a phone number does not enroll you in text messages or automated calls. Any future text-alert service will require a separate opt-in.

Our service providers

Vercel hosts the signup page, and HubSpot stores submitted information and manages email preferences. Cloudflare Turnstile will verify form submissions to help prevent spam. These providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. Optional website analytics is disabled.

Optional website analytics

If enabled for the live site, Google Analytics and HubSpot website tracking load only after you allow analytics. These services can process browser identifiers and visit information. We do not send signup form fields to Google Analytics. Email permission and analytics permission are separate choices. If analytics is enabled, an Analytics choices control will appear so you can change your preference. Global Privacy Control is treated as a refusal of optional analytics.
